Magi-Nation My name is Kyos. I live in the desert of D’Resh. It’s a harsh place to live; even young ones like me realize that, but it’s all I’ve ever known. Elders of my tribe tell us stories of far away places and amazing creatures, but I’ve never been certain if any of it was true. Now I am. As I lay on my stomach, almost completely covered by sand, the most bazaar event of my life played out in front of me. A swirling cyclone of sand rose from the dessert. From both sides sprouted two smaller cyclones that splintered into three even smaller cyclones at the tips to form arms and hands.  Two small twisters curved
